There are fortnightly sailings from Southampton and transit is approx 24 days, subject to scheduling. We can also offer alternative ports in the United Arab Emirates, if you have a a specific preference please do let us know and we will gladly look into alternative options for you. To get a quote for Jebel Ali, for your car or SUV / 4 x 4 please give us a call and allow us to quote on the make and model of your vehicle for you. We give transparent rates with all UK charges, handling and customs included. In fact, the only things not included in our rates are Marine Insurance and any costs applicable at the destination because we cannot get involved with these. We can, however, assist you by recommending companies who can help you. With regards to destination costs and rules and regulations, it is your responsibility to find out what restrictions may apply before you arrange to ship your vehicle. Simba Shipping will not be held responsible for any shipments undertaken that result in charges or the vehicle being unable to be imported into Dubai due to applicable requirements not being met before the vehicle was shipped from the UK. This information can be obtained by speaking with a clearing agent in Jebel Ali, or alternatively, getting in touch with the UAE Embassy or Consulate in London as they should be able to assist or re-direct you as appropriate. With regards to getting rates, for a car rate your vehicle must be under 1.6m high, and to qualify for a 4 x 4 rate your vehicle must be under 2m high and 18CBM.
