Shipping a Truck to Hong Kong
We offer an efficient service with very competitive rates for Truck shipping to Hong Kong. We can offer shipping of tractor units, trailer stacks and trucks by:
RoRo – Roll on Roll off Shipping:
RoRo ships are specifically designed to carry Trucks under deck and are not exposed to any external elements such as water. The tractor units and trailer stacks are secured and lashed to the floor of the ship to prevent any movement during transit.
20 FT or 40FT containerised shipping:
Trucks and their parts are lashed and secured onto open top flat rack containers to prevent any movement during transit.

Simba Shipping can help you export your heavy vehicle from the UK to Hong Kong. We can handle trucks, horse boxes, caravans, lorries, people carriers and much more.
These vehicles can either be shipped via roro (roll on roll off) or, subject to dimensions, they can be loaded into a 20 foot or 40 foot container, depending on how your own preferences.
If it is sent using the Roro method, the vehicle will be driven on board and lashed securely under deck where it is protected from the wind and rain, for the duration of the voyage.
We have fortnightly sailings from Southampton for Roro shipments; transit to Hong Kong is around 28 days, subject to schedule.
If your truck will fit into a container then there are weekly sailings direct from Southampton to Hong Kong, and transit time is approximately 29 days, subject to schedule.
